I designed the logo and visual identity for Charleston’s beloved Little Jack’s All American Tavern and Bar, drawing inspiration from boxing, horse racing, and a hint of classic American machismo. To complement the theme, I chose Hoefler&Co’s Knockout font family—its weight names referencing boxing classes seemed a cheeky if not obvious design choice! By mixing different weights and styles, I created a handcrafted look reminiscent of letterpress printing. The brand’s color palette extended beyond the visuals, influencing both the building’s exterior and interior design.
